Over the past 9 years we have stayed in 5 units that we got through Luxury Leasing and this is the best one. Every thing about it is good including the golf course view, the kitchen and it's facilities the heating/colling, the closeness to a pool,etc. All excellent.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. They were roomy and well appointed. Nearly everything was supplied. Our only concern was the length of time it took to get hot water. Much water was wasted waiting for hot water.

The unit is excellent. The quality of everything is is very good including the dishes, flatwear, bedding,towels,etc. The furniture in the main sitting room is Ethane Allen.The unit is right beside a swimming pool which is very convenient and PGA West is a nice place to go for bike rides. It is pretty, fairly flat( no hills) and very little traffic. Overall a really good unit.
This is a beautiful property with two bedrooms, two baths, a den located on a golf course. The decorating is splendid and the unit is well supplied, particularly the kitchen. There are a few things I would suggest as improvements. The first is one cannot be fixed and that is the length of time to get hot water to the taps. Because I am a stickler for environmental issues it is an extreme waste of water. It seems like some engineer could correct this. Also, and this is very minor, there are not enough hooks and towel bars both in the kitchen and bathrooms.Otherwise you will enjoy this unit. I would also say that the maintenance and extra cleaning during the month was much appreciated, timely and done well. Luxury Leasing is very helpful.
