Located in PGA West/Arnold Palmer gate with eastern views of the Palmer Lake from living room balcony. Fruit trees greet you before entering the front door. Sunny and airy is how to describe this condo. 1525 Sq Ft C Floor Plan with 3 bedrooms 1 3/4 bathrooms. Primary and second bedrooms offer king beds, with set of twins in the 3rd. Wall mounted Tv's in all bedrooms. Living room has a fireplace with mounted TV over the hearth. Kitchen has updated custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Tiled kitchen and bathrooms with carpet throughout the rest of this home. The 2 car attached garage has new drywall and a new insulated door.
This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while you’re exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Circuit, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. The property was clean with nice linens, thoroughly stocked kitchen and contemporary design furnishings. The lay out is an apartment style with an upstairs patio facing east. The property fit our needs for a two month stay; however, the living area was small and uncomfortable. The unit sleeps 6, the dining table seats 4 (there were 3 sturdy stools by counter) and the living room seats 3! Go figure. The "couch" is actually a futon, very uncomfortable to sit on for any extended time. If we were to watch a movie, we had to go to a bedroom. Also, a thorough explanation of how to operate the TVs would have been helpful. The LL crew were wonderful to work with and very professional.
