This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while you’re exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Circuit, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

PGA West is a long time favorite and our most recent stay at this Palmer Private Course home in La Quinta was just excellent. This unit is professionally managed and the host accommodated our last minute reservation with great professionalism and friendly efficiency. Our late check-in was pre-arranged and entrance to the property was a breeze. We especially appreciated that the manager had done a walkthrough just prior to our arrival to ensure that the unit was in tip top shape and the air conditioner set to cool. Touches like this really make the difference on a great rental. The condo (really better described as a 3 bedroom / 2 bath semi detached home) was absolutely spotless and I mean really really clean. Recent upgrades like fresh paint, new living room; dining and patio furniture were especially nice with a modern south west decor that particular suited the Palm Springs vibe. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels clean and plentiful. Multiple community swimming pools are very close by and quiet in this serene neighborhood. Spectacular golf course and rugged La Quinta mountain views are right outside your patio window and what keeps our family coming back for more! The cherry on top and in my opinion what sets this place apart in terms of great service and customer experience was accommodating a late checkout on our last day. We would definitely stay here again.
