The spacious downstairs living area is full of natural light and ample furnishings for entertaining including sectional couch which looks out into the back patio, fireplace for the cold winter nights, dining area seating for 4, and wet bar. Laundry room with washer and dryer and downstairs powder room. Upstairs has Two Primary Bedrooms both provide King beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains from one of the Primary bedrooms which also has a TV or relax on your ground-floor patio just steps from a community pool located across the street.
This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Show, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

Aside from unusual weather, our stay was great. The ladies at the office are terrific….friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests.
I would rate this home as a 5star. We were there for 21/2 months. We had an excellent stay. It was exactly as described in the listing. The house was immaculate and the view from lower and upper patio was breathtaking. Two master bedrooms with their own ensuites ensured privacy. The staff at Luxury Leasing was fabulous to deal with. If there were any issues they were taken care of immediately. Would definitely like to rebook. Can't wait to come back!
