Enjoy a modern kitchen with bar stool seating. The master bed offers a Tempur-Pedic mattress, TV, Spanish-style en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet. 2 guest bedrooms share a “Jack & Jill” bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. All beds have Parachute Home & Casaluna linen sheets. MAY CONSIDER PETS PLEASE CALL FIRST This home requires a refundable security deposit. Homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electric (combined) per month, any overage will be guest responsibility.

There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Guatemala. The home has a lot of charm and is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The neighborhood is very quiet and within easy walking distance to old town La Quinta. I would highly recommend.
