333 La Quinta-PGA West Condo

As in the past Luxury Leasing has provided me with an exceptional winter home. The furnishings were top of the line and the condo was stocked with every imaginable utensil(except an ice cream scooper). The mountains never get old when enjoying my Keurig Cuppachino or coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful pond.The grill is push button top of the line. The bath is stone inlaid on both ends of the unit and TV's in both comfortable bedrooms. My only faults I found is the the outside lawn on three or four homes is the owners personal dog park. The dead and discolored grass was a real disappointment to all the beauty surrounding it. The HOA fee should include lawn replacement, seeding and some maintenance. There is plenty of space as you approach the PGA West for dogs and other pets to roam and fraternize. The kitchen refrigerator as nice as it is is too big for its space. There is difficulty using cabinet space. Finally the unit is very linear which creates a lot of wasted empty space from the entry to the top of the stairs.

Very comfortable beds and furniture. Would have preferred a table for 6. Kitchen is very well equipped just needs some serving spoons.
